In eastern India we have more than 100000 sq. ft. area of manufacturing facilities with modern machinery, technologies, two automated Hot Dip Galvanized bath, Heat Treatment Furnace with in-house laboratory which has NABL accredited instruments.

Our products under goes stringent quality adhering to the ASTM, ANSI, NEMA, CSA, IS, BS specification & standards.

CEO Milestone

Usha Power & Transmission Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 2016.

Our Founder Mr. Amit Mundra graduate with Bachelor Degree in management from Adelphi University, New York, USA.

After returning with new ideas our CEO worked in the field of Marketing in National level from 2004 – 2013. Having strong experience of more than a decade in global marketing, he thought of new innovations and keeping in mind the growing demand he started Hot Dip Galvanizing of Tower, Structures and Fasteners.

2014

An entity by the name of Usha Galvanizing Works was established and commenced manufacturing of machine Fasteners with Hot & Cold forging plant with two automated Hot Dip Galvanizing plant.

2016

Further, a new company was formed as Usha Power & Transmission Pvt. Ltd. which started manufacturing & trading of Pole Line Hardware and Over Head Line accessories in Domestic business market.

2018

Started complete range of manufacturing of Hardware fittings and Fabrication with Quality Control Laboratory comprising of all testing equipments.

2020

Upgraded manufacturing facility with modern technology & Automated Heat Treatment plant for high tensile Machine Bolts and Nuts.

2021

Company got the following Certifications

• ISO 9001: 2015 - Confirming to Quality Management System
• ISO 14001: 2015 - Confirming to the Environmental Management System
• ISO 45001: 2018 - Confirming to Occupational Health and Safety Management System
• Research Design & Standards Organisation (Government of India-Ministry of Railways)

• Audit has commenced for Power Grid Corporation of India
